Plastomag

Injection & Compresion moulded

Magneti Ljubljana d.d. produces various types of polymer bonded magnets based on several types of magnetic materials (NdFeB, SmCo, SrFe…) and binders (PA12, PPS, Epoxy…). Polymer bonded magnets are best suited for magnets of very complex shapes, of wide range of dimensions and magnetic properties. Beside of standard types of polymer bonded magnets represented in this catalogue, also other feasible customer’s requirements can be met.

Sintered AlNiCo Magnets

Sintered AlNiCo magnets also excel in very high maximum operating temperatures and good corrosion resistance and can be produced »near net shape« in complex forms and smaller dimensions.

    REMAG SmCo1:5

    Remag (SmCo1:5)

Magnets are produced in a similar way as Sm2Co17 grade magnets, but have a lower magnetization and maximum operating temperature. Interesting for applications which require low magnetization fields at high temperature stability and coercivity.

      REMAG SmCo2:17

      Remag (SmCo2:17)

SmCo magnets have much higher coercivity than AlNiCo magnets, which means that they require more force to demagnetize them. They also work at higher operating temperatures and have better temperature stability than NdFeB magnets.
